* Note: Every FULL REGISTRATION FEE participant and STUDENT participant, who completed payment of their registration fee by March 25, 2014, is eligible to receive a complimentary copy of the latest published edition in the iNEER Innovations book series.

* Note: Every FULL REGISTRATION FEE participant and STUDENT participant, who completed payment of their registration fee by March 25, 2014, is eligible to receive a complimentary copy of the latest published edition in the iNEER Innovations book series.

**Important Notice: Each student registration must be accompanied by (1) a scanned copy of the attendee's student identification card with photo, and (2) a scanned, signed copy of a letter of recommendation from a professor. Please send the required documents by e-mail or fax to the Conference Secretariat.

Refund Policy

Please read the following policy and check the button above indicating your agreement before proceeding with payment:

  1. Refund requests will be accepted by iNEER only for payments made to iNEER through the iNEER payment website. Requests made to iNEER must be consistent with the following cancellation policy, less applicable transaction fees associated with the refund:
    1. Before March 25, 2014 - Full Refund
    2. Between March 25, 2014 and May 1, 2014 - 50% Refund
    3. After May 1, 2014 - No Refund
    4. (All refunds will be made after the event takes place)
